The Institute is focused on continually improving its communications both to the membership and the public at large and is recruiting for this post as a major element in delivering this objective. The post will place a heavy emphasis on generating and editing content, promoting the use of, and continuing the development of our website. Other duties will include investigating the use of social networking and mobile technologies to communicate with our members and contributing to the department's external communications activity including some press and media work.
You will be expected to have experience of writing/editing copy to a high standard, confidence in the use of digital tools, web design & software packages, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Benefits include a final salary superannuation scheme and 23 days (rising to 32) annual leave plus 14 days public holidays.
