The University Employers (UCEA) Pay Offer for 2013-14 falls far short of the Joint Unions Pay Claim (2013-14) submitted at this year's New JNCHES negotiations. In fact, the EIS believes that the University employers (UCEA) Pay Offer fails to meet any element of the Joint Unions' Pay Claim.
