Moving around

Whether around the home or out in the garden and wider, there are many benefits to taking the time to make movement and fresh air part of your daily routine. Here are some ways to move around by yourself and with others.

The NHS provides a wealth of exercise guides, with text and picture descriptions, from easy chair exercises, to aerobic exercises. There is free access to the NHS Fitness Studio's range of online exercise videos, including yoga and Pilates.

The Guardian has published an article about free, online dance classes to sign up to.

Keeping close to home and within UK Government guidelines and Scottish Government guidelines for walking/running/cycling outdoors, there is a useful guide provided by Walkhighlands to help you discover local walkways.
