As we head towards the Holyrood election on the 5th of May, the EIS has published its own Manifesto, entitled Standing up for Scottish Education, to highlight our policy priorities for Scottish education during the next parliament.

The EIS, of course, has no affiliation to any political party so will not promote the policies of any individual party or encourage its members to vote for one party over another.

The manifesto has been distributed to all schools, colleges and universities and was featured in the March edition of the Scottish Educational Journal (SEJ).
