As a result of data provided in the summer of 2017 by 23 local authotrities and 18 FE Colleges from across Scotland's many and diverse communities about the cost and availability of sanitary products, the EIS issued guidance "distributing period products in schools and colleges".
This guidance note is based on that document and has been amended for the University sector.
