The role of FELA Vice President is currently vacant

Thora has worked in Scotland’s further education sector for over a decade as a Social Sciences lecturer at City of Glasgow College, where she is also branch secretary. She was awarded her doctorate in History in 2016 and has served as EIS-FELA Vice-President for the past 18 months, playing an active role in national bargaining during a period of significant change across the college sector.  As FELA President, Thora is committed to defending national bargaining, protecting members’ terms and conditions, and strengthening the collective voice of lecturers across Scotland’s colleges.
