Complaints Procedure

Rule II 11 of the Institute’s Constitution states “The Institute shall constitute a Complaints Procedure for its members. The Complaints Procedure shall be operated according to a Scheme approved by Council.”

The Complaints Procedure as set out below was approved by Council on 10 May 2019.

It should be noted that all stages under this Procedure should be expedited as speedily as possible and with due sensitivity to those concerned.
