Learning for Sustainability (LfS) is an approach to life and learning which enables learners, educators, schools and their wider communities to build a socially-just, sustainable and equitable world.
In Scotland, it’s an entitlement of all learners and the responsibility of all teachers as part of a whole learning community approach.
We warmly invite member colleagues from the primary sector to join the EIS and Learning for Sustainability Scotland* at this Professional Learning webinar.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
join fellow teachers and sector leaders to explore and share approaches to weaving a Learning for Sustainability ethos through their practice and the wider life of their settings
hear conversations between fellow practitioners who are already making LfS part of the everyday in their own practice and setting.
find out more about practical resources which support Learning for Sustainability in Scottish education.
benefit from insights into effective approaches to LfS activity and practical examples to shape their own teaching.
