Join Paul Wickham, musician, experienced Principal Teacher of Music and currently Teaching Fellow at University of Strathclyde, for a practical session that considers how music can aid well-being and explore creative ways to build this into your lives and practice. No previous music experience is necessary.
Participants will gain activities and resources to support their own wellbeing, as well as ideas to try out in the classroom/education setting.

*Please note, this online course is funded for the Highlands and Islands and Argyll and Bute areas. Booking priority will be given to people living and working in these areas. If places become available, these will be offered more widely, so it is worth still booking a place if you are interested in this course.
