Exploring ELC Teacher Identity Through an Appreciative Inquiry Lens

This webinar explored early years teacher professional identity, the challenges and opportunities of working peripatetically and highlighted alongside the critical importance of learning and teaching within a play-based environment in 21st Century Scotland. 

In addition, participants explored an appreciative and playful approach towards pedagogy with a view towards enhancing practice as either an individual or as part of a team. 

The session was convened by Stacey McAllister (ELC Network Convenor) and delivered by David Dick (EIS National Officer Education and Equalities) and Carolyn Cooke (Senior Lecturer Education, Open University).
