On Tuesday 21st April the EIS held a webinar for early career teachers to assist them with questions about Professional Update, individual workload and wellbeing, hosted by EIS Assistant Secretary, David Belsey. Susan Quinn, EIS Education Committee Convenor presented on teaching in the first five years, teacher expectations of professional update and support available from the EIS. Elaine Napier, GTCS, spoke on the process of professional update. David Burgess, Education Scotland presented on professional learning for members approaching their first five years of service and this was followed by a Q&A. You can watch the recording below.
