If you do not work on your school's Inset days, you are required to do a pro-rata number of Inset days. You can use the calculator to determine the exact number (or partial number) you need to undertake. The current year’s calculator can be found on the Orb or on the Edinburgh EIS website under LNCT Agreements.
You should agree with your SLT in advance which of the days (or hours) you will attend based on what works best with your schedule and how many hours you need to complete for your part time contract.
If you’re disabled or have a physical or mental health condition that makes it hard for you to do your job, you can:
· talk to your employer about changes they must make in your workplace;
· get extra help from Access to Work, including mental health support.
