As we look ahead to the start of June, we have almost reached the end of the Our Well-being Matters Programme.
The past 14 weeks have considered well-being from every perspective, from nutrition, to self-care, to creative and mindful practices. What we have heard from participants is the importance of self-care, the need for time and the means to reflect on what has been and look ahead at what is to come. And finally, to join with others on the topic of well-being.
Join us on Tuesday 1st June, from 5pm to 6.30pm for an interactive webinar that promotes easily accessible self-care practices, offers time and tools to reflect and plan, and opportunities to network and build some positive connections to sustain positive well-being.
