Food and nutrition specialist Christina Starko will inspire and guide us around the foods we eat and the moods we feel.
From research that unearths some surprising facts, to a host of practical tools, tips, and resources, the first one-hour session builds our resilience against food factors that can negatively affect our well-being.
The highly interactive second session will open up the space to explore the role of food and nutrition in our everyday lives.
