The Salaries Committee has considered the recent final offer and as agreed to open a consultative ballot on the offer, with a recommendation that members accept the offer.
- a 7% uplift on 1st April, 2022
- a 5% uplift on 1st April, 2023
- a 2% uplift on 1st January 2024 with the next settlement date being 1st August 2024
- The cash uplift is capped at each stage at the % value of £80K
- The annual cost of living settlement date moves to 1st August of every year.
