We are keen that every member is aware of Edinburgh Council’s Behaviours of Concern procedure. This is the key document for schools in dealing with dysregulated and challenging behaviour. The procedure sets out how schools should respond to incidents, how they should be reported and how staff should be supported.
Starting on Friday 25th September, we will be offering a series of rolling sessions to ensure that as many members as possible get to know this policy well and feel confident in using it. The first session will be in-person, and you can sign up below. There will be further sessions in the months ahead some online, some in-person. Dates for future sessions will be confirmed ASAP.
