Consultative Ballot now open – Monday 30th June
The EIS ULA Executive Committee has met to consider the full and final pay offer issued by UCEA. The pay round negotiations consisted of three meetings between UCEA (representing the UK’s universities) and the five recognised university unions (UCU, Unison, Unite, EIS and GMB).

EIS ULA Executive is recommending that members VOTE NO to accepting the full and final pay offer made by UCEA. It is also recommending that members VOTE YES to taking strike action in pursuit of an improved offer from employers.
